Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources to manage all volunteers on behalf of the Engineering Students’ Society (ESS). Tasks include organizing Volunteer Appreciation Parties (VAPs), managing volunteer benefits, and addressing any relations issues.
Recruitment Coordinator
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Recruitment with the recruitment process for the Engineering Students’ Society (ESS).
Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator will assist the Operations Director in the management aspects of the GEER Store. They will manage the GEER Store volunteer shifts, and keep tally of the stock of all saleable merchandise. They will also maintain and manage the GEER Store and storage space.
Merchandise Coordinator
The Merchandise Coordinator will work with the Director of Merchandise to design and generate ideas for all ESS Merchandise (hoodies, themed engineering paper, etc.). They will maintain communication with printing companies to provide the best quality merchandise for engineering students
Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for managing the Division of Human Resources and oversees Human Resources Coordinators. As the Director of Human Resources you will oversee the tracking of all documents, ensuring resources are kept up to date and in the correct location. You will also ensure that volunteers are valued by collecting volunteer feedback, administering volunteer benefits, and organizing volunteer appreciation events.
Director of Recruitment
The Director of Recruitment is responsible for managing the Division of Recruitment and oversees a team of Recruitment Coordinators. As a Director of Recruitment you will oversee the recruitment and onboarding of all ESS Volunteers, ensure volunteers are provided with the appropriate resources and provide regular updates to the VP Internal.
Director of Operations
The Director of Operations is responsible for managing the Division of Operations and overseeing the Operations Coordinator. As the Director of Operations you are responsible for tracking cash flow in the GEER store and ensuring that cash is properly handled by volunteers, ensure ESS volunteers are properly trained to operate the front office, ensure the GEER store is properly maintained, and provide regular updates to the VP Internal.
Director of Merchandise
The Director of Merchandise is responsible for managing the Division of Merchandise. As the Director of Merchandise you will maintain communication with the VP Communications to ensure the branding of the ESS is maintained through merchandise, work with the VP Internal to expand and maintain the merchandise offered at the GEER store, and keep an inventory of all merchandise in the GEER Store.
