Finance Coordinator
The Finance Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Finance and Auditing with bookkeeping and auditing of the Engineering Students’ Society (ESS).
Funding Coordinator
The Funding Coordinator will assist the Director of Funding in overseeing the funding bodies of the ESS. This includes the Engineering Students Activity Fund (ESAF), Engineering Students’ Group Fund (ESGF) and the Intramural Sports Fund. Tasks include promoting awareness of available funds and distributing funding to successful applicants.
Sponsorship Coordinator
The Sponsorship Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Sponsorship to organize the yearly Academic Engineering Handbook for new and returning students. They will also assist with potential external sponsorship sources by establishing working relations with small business owners. The coordinator is responsible for creating the layout of the yearly handbook.
Director of Auditing & Finance
The Director of Auditing & Finance manages the Division of Auditing & Finance and oversees Finance Coordinators. As the Director of Auditing & Finance you will oversee the annual audit of the ESS, act as the liaison between external auditors, chair the ESS Audit Committee and provide regular updates to the VP Finance.
Director of Funding
The Director of Funding oversees the Division of Funding and oversees a team of funding coordinators. As the Director of Funding you will organize Undergraduate Funding Committee meetings and provide regular updates to the VP Finance.
Director of Sponsorship
The Director of Sponsorship is responsible for managing the Division of Sponsorship and oversees a team of Sponsorship Coordinators.
