Sustainability Coordinator - Mug Share Program
The Sustainability Coordinator for the Mug Share Program is responsible for helping with the continual management of the program, aimed at reducing coffee waste. The Coordinators will collect and clean coffee mugs from various locations in Engineering Quad twice a week.
Sustainability Coordinator - Take a Break Liaison
Organize sustainability initiatives at Take a Break. Order and supervise Reusable Dish program at TAB (4 hours every 2 weeks), must be available Thursday from 12:00-3:00, at the beginning of the year Green Spaces Certify TAB, help with the continual improvement of TAB.
Sustainability Coordinator - Events Lead
Plan the second EOF, plan a series of seminars about various sust. topic. Plan events including budget, liaising with people within and outside of the ESS, other volunteers can be available for actual events.
Sustainability Coordinator - Special Project
Organize and lead a project to make the ESS more sustainable; could include projects such as Living Wall, Food Sharing App, any idea you have. Organize and lead a project with support from the team; must be willing to see a project from beginning to completion
Engineering Art Show Volunteer
The Engineering Art Show Volunteer is responsible for assisting the Engineering Art Show Coordinator with organizing the annual Engineering Art Show. Tasks include collecting art items, organizing the art displays around all Engineering buildings, as well as organizing evening events and the Closing Ceremony.
Philanthropy Coordinator
The Philanthropy Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Philanthropy with organizing annual charity events hosted by the Engineering Students’ Society (ESS), such as the Engineering Headshave and Pi Week. They will also work closely with other divisions in the Student Life portfolio to assist with the organization of events, such as the Blood Drive and Food Drive during GEER Week and the Engg Carnival.
Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Decolonization (EDID) Coordinator
The Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Decolonization (EDID) Coordinator is responsible for assisting the EDID Director in measuring and monitoring diversity within the ESS. EDID coordinators will be assigned to a specific position; External, Internal, Research in order to assist in bringing EDID ideas and initiatives to a much broader scope within the organization.
Director of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Decolonization (EDID)
The Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Decolonization Director (EDID Director) is responsible for managing the Division of EDID oversees the development and implementation of programs and services that promote diversity within a group, company or organization, particularly the ESS.
Director of Philanthropy
The Director of Philanthropy is responsible for managing the Division of Philanthropy and overseeing a team of Philanthropy Coordinators.
Director of Sustainability
The Director of Sustainability is responsible for managing the Division of Sustainability and overseeing a team of Sustainability Coordinators.
Engineering Art Show Director
The Engineering Art Show is responsible for managing the Engineering Art Show and overseeing a team of Engineering Art Show Coordinators.
