How would you inform students of what GEER Week is, and how would you get them excited to participate in it?

While advertising online and over social media is a huge part of spreading the word, I believe it's the public relations representatives job to do so in person. I'll get in contact with teachers from each pattern's class, and get them to give either me or the other representative time to talk about GEER week right before or after class. As well, I plan to frequent FYEC run events in order to get volunteers, and increase excitement for GEER week.
